"Easy to Use and Not Too Messy"
This was easier to use than regular box dye, and I liked that it didn’t drip all over the place. It does still have a bit of a smell, like not a lot, but it’s definitely there. Cleanup was quick too, really quick, which I appreciated. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s good, just not totally scent-free

"A bit too expensive for me..."
The color was fine... nothing bad, really. I just felt like the price was too high for how much you get and how long it lasted. I was expecting a bit more for the money. Not terrible, but I probably wouldn't buy it again.

I was happy with my order because I ended up getting a nice discount, which always makes the purchase feel better. "Surprisingly, the packaging was fine"
I was expecting at least a dented box or some kind of leak, but it showed up in really good shape. The box was neat, nothing was damaged, and there were no leaks at all. For once, no packaging issues to complain about.

"Ingredients could be a little clearer"
It works fine overall, so I don’t really have a big complaint there. I just wish the ingredient info was spelled out a bit more clearly, because it feels kind of vague. Maybe I’m just the kind of person who reads labels too much while standing in the kitchen waiting for my coffee to brew, but I like knowing exactly what I’m using.

I was kinda surprised by how many shade options simplerhaircolor.com had. A lot of sites I’ve tried only have a few browns that all look basically the same, but this one actually gave me enough choices to find something close to my natural color.
I picked a medium brown, and it ended up matching better than I expected. It was nice not having to settle for a shade that was just “close enough.” I’d definitely use it again...

"Easy to Use and Does the Job"
I tried Simpler Hair Color for the first time, it was straightforward. The bottle was clean to use, no messy mixing, no brush, no whole setup. I just applied it and went about my day. It covered most of the gray around my sides, though I did have to touch up one small spot. Not a big deal. Compared to other hair colors I’ve used, this was way easier and way less hassle. Solid 4 stars from me

The hair color itself was fine, honestly. I just, I was a little frustrated with how long it took to process before it even shipped. I waited longer than I expected, and even though customer service did get back to me, it didn’t really make things move any faster. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but if you need it quickly, I’d probably plan ahead

I’ve been using Simpler Hair Color for a while now, they pretty much always have my shade available. Ordering is super easy, and I don’t have to wait forever for it to show up. I’m really happy with it overall.

"Good amount in the box"
I was actually happy with how much product came in the box. It was enough for my hair, and I didn’t feel like I had to stretch it or use it sparingly. Hopefully they keep it this way, because if they start cutting back on the amount, I’d probably look for something else

"Color Wasn’t What I Expected"
Ordering was simple, but the color just didn’t come out right for me. I chose a medium brown, or at least what looked like medium brown in the picture, but it turned out much darker, almost black in a few spots. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it wasn’t really close to what I picked. I was a bit disappointed.

But the tracking came through quickly, and the package actually showed up a couple days earlier than I expected. The box was in good shape too, no leaks or anything weird. I guess I was overthinking it because the whole delivery part ended up being really easy and stress-free...

"Decent color, but I wish the instructions were clearer"
The color turned out decent, and the product was easy enough to use overall. That said, I did feel like the instructions could’ve been a little clearer, especially around how long to leave it on and what to watch out for. My scalp got itchy and red afterward, though it calmed down by the next day. Maybe it’s just my skin being sensitive, but I’d definitely be careful if you tend to react to hair dye.

"Still Looks Good"
I can’t remember exactly how many weeks it’s been, but I do know it’s been long enough that I expected it to start looking worn by now. So far, it still looks good and I’m happy with it
